As part of his first acts in office, Mayor Andres Bustamante Carballo together with members of the municipal council, gave the starting signal to four of five new patrol cars fully equipped for the Municipal Public Security Bureau in order to ensure coverage and police presence on the streets, neighborhoods and communities of this municipality.
As the first public meeting of council, the delegation of municipal authorities gave up four brand new patrols the Municipal Public Security Bureau that will help combat crime.
The mayor emphasized that with these new units will improve responsiveness and reaction to combat crime for the benefit of citizenship.
Given the shortcomings and lack of equipment he found this city administration, Mayor Andrés Bustamante Carballo pledged to strengthen, equip and provide a new image to the Municipal Police in addition to ensuring security and social peace in this town.
