At least on paper, the mayor announced works worth millions, as did the remodeling market, "San Juan" and the construction of CONALEP, the Catholic church of Santo Domingo de Guzman, and the Digital Library, as people have only witnessed banderazo works, while the nefarious President Santiago Herrera Tilch does not account for the two million pesos that were submitted for the redevelopment of the market, utility payments and diverse suppliers amounting to 6 million pesos.
