Velazco, Chiapas .- Presiding over the ceremony of the replica of the Fourth Report of the Government of President Juan Sabines in Chiapas, the Attorney General of the State, Raciel López Salazar highlighted the achievements of the government of Chiapas, benefit of the north and the inhabitants of this city.
In the presence of the President of the Board of the State Congress, Rep. John Aquino, mayors, heads of the various regional branches of state government and council members pichucalquense; López Salazar said that thanks to the work of Governor Sabines, now Chiapas is one of the safest states in the country, where his people live in complete peace and harmony.

En el domo de Palacio Municipal lugar donde se realizó la réplica del Cuarto Informe del Gobernador Sabines; el procurador de justicia de Chiapas aseguró que esta administración ha avanzado en la generación de empleos, desarrollo de infraestructura atrayendo inversiones, mejorando caminos, duplicando educational facilities, health, peace building and promoting social tolerance and coexistence of civilizations and full respect for human rights, recognizing the skills and talents of women and regaining confidence in institutions.
also stressed that citizen participation as a fundamental element in decision making for social development and state, so that the government of Chiapas proposed adjustments to the law of social participation for the state of Chiapas and the Civil Code to recognize to the district assemblies as moral persons with legal staff and its own constitution which must act in a notary public.
