In the graph shows clearly the municipal trustee Víctor Manuel Gómez López, Deputy Public Works Director José Eduardo González López and the first ruler Rafael Diaz utterly inebriated been drinking in the office of mayor Lorenzo Hernández Alvarado.
These images are clear evidence of waste, complicity and corruption that prevails within the municipal administration.
Barely a couple of weeks ago the director of public works Oved Jimenez Gomez was jailed on instructions from the mayor after discovering irregularities in the wave of this officer in complicity with the deputy director José Eduardo González López committed to the detriment of the finances of that administration and now come to the surface the images speak for themselves the great void of power and corruption that prevails complicity between the trustee council and these dishonest officials who have enriched themselves at the expense resources for collective benefit works.
Without the slightest respect for the citizens joyecos and even the mayor himself, the municipal administration officials used the presidential office and canteen. In one of the graphs shows the municipal trustee Víctor Manuel Gómez López, who after several hours of drinking alcohol fell asleep on his own chair to mock their fellow binge did not hesitate a second photograph for display as a teporocho before media.
Both the trustee and public works officials Obed Gómez and José Eduardo González found a serious problem because they have not physically and financially able to verify the municipal treasury more than one million 700 thousand dollars that were allocated for public library construction that is unfinished and abandoned.
